Helpful Mental Health Technique: If you've never read the book Oh the Places You Will Go!, you can go to your local library or click the link to purchase from Amazon. (I am not paid to promote the sales of this book, it was purchased for my husband's elementary video-reading sessions. After reading it, I was compelled to write about the experience.)
